On March 11, 2009 in Stuttgart/Winnenden Tim K. induced an appalling massacre at his school. He killed 15 persons and finally himself with a gun. 2 days after this stubefying tragedy, the school is crowded by policemen, journalists and bereaveds.

Mystic Place in the Algarve

I think I don't have to say too much.. it is such a mystic place I think and the music... brrr.. I like it :)

This is a unsual shapped rock that is inside the ocean. It can only be seen with the Low Tide in front of this isolated beach because of the tides.

Formula 1 Testing

Ferrari, Mclaren, Williams, Renault, Toyota, Toro Rosso, were riding here in the Algarve Racing Track to prepare the 2009 season with their riders like the champion Lewis Hamilton, Fernando Alonso among others. Everyone likes the track of the Autodromo do Algarve and maybe in the future it will host a F1 cars GP...

This event was the last race of SBK for 2008, but it was special for Portugal because it was the first race on the brand new Algarve Racing Track.

3 DAY OF TESTING, QUALIFYING AND RACING

Apart from the SuperBikes there was acrobatic plain display flying over the track and also the Formula 1 car of Team Toro Rosso (one of Redbull) were driving on the new track in the Autodromo do Algarve!

WEF 09 - Angela Merkel's Arrival

Today in the moring the german Councelor Angela Merkel arrived at the Stilli airfield with a blue helicopter of the "Bundespolizei". Together with Bill Gates she will be one of the star guests at the today WEF 09 Annual Meeting.

Putin's Departure from the WEF 09 in Davos

Thursday in the afternoon Putin left the World Economic Forum 2009 Annual Meeting in Davos. plebsTV caught some nice pictures from his departure with the Super Puma of the Swiss Army.
